The planet O was the first colonization settlement in the Belevan system, and the first base was established to study the unique mineral and resource composition of the planet. The main lab consisted was the first settlement with a population of ~110 inhabitants (~30 couples, ~40 scientists, ~20 Civilians, ~40 children). Later however, the next inhabitants were to be debtors, indentured servants, and non-violent criminals. By its 30th year since it was founded the population rose with 50,000 more inhabitants. At first, the scientists established a sort of Oligarchy, but after two generations this failed. The history of what happened is unclear and unrecorded. What we do know is that the first known record since 60 years after the colonization was 100 years later by a figure named "Saint Öz" who seemed to have establish order across the whole planet.
