Short Bio: The desert world of Bassifondi is a center for crime, piracy, and black markets. It is the home of all things evil. The government doesn't care much for the criminals and put most of their money into military and the richer families. As long as the crime lords do not bother the government, everything is left untouched. Those who can afford protection from the government live in a large capital city where crime is almost non-existent. They receive education, food, and water. They're the only reason Bassifondi is what it is.
