Planet: Metis IV

Goals: First, to keep the Republic strong and together, promote peace amongst the universe. If they happen to engage in war, their first attempt will be to end the war quickly.

Short Bio: Adrian Winters was a General and Soldier for the Metis Army, he was fed up with the way things worked, so on his home planet he started a revolution. He created the Metis Reistance, after ten long years of fighting and heartache, they finally overthrew the oppressive Metis Government... Adrian was elected President of the Metis planet and organized the United&Free Republic of Metis, or URM.

It's fine bro, but do you mind if I move you to the Belevan System? Were kinda lacking of space in Semaria, I mean I know theirs two planets but we need room for expansion, but if you do infact want Semaria I can give it to ya.
