Here's how it'll work.
The base population increase from in game month to month (Which is a week our time, just to reiterate) is around 4-5%.
This number will be generated using a random number gen from 1-2. On top of that, there are prosperity markers. What are they? Well let me explain.
A second roll will be generated, this one from 1 to 5, 1 being this worst to 5 being the best. The Effects will be written as following. [/li][li]1 -2 [/li][li]2 -1 [/li][li]3 0 (No change) [/li][li]4 +1 [/li][li]5 +2 Each will be personal for each empire, and will take time. Thanks for reading!
