The basic Rules for all NPO (Non Player Owned).
- Untakeable - this is in effect so everyone can rep the benefits from the station, with out the empires being able to take everything in station.
- Bank Roberies and thefts can still happen. Make a thread about it in the section your stealing from and a GM will tell if your successful or not.
- Empires can own stores in the ship - Base fee of 2 million to set up shop.
- Players who apply for a trader can start up a black market - Talk to a GM before than though.
