The Planet of Demaria VIII, home to the cold hearted Dugradian People, is one of the only planets that in the known systems to classify as Class-1 Ice World which grades the suface to be completely unhabitable by any type of human life unless they are living in the Eco-Domes that sparsly over the surface of the planet. Even then, most of the inhabitance of the planet have gone to living underground as the denizens of their planets man made underground tunnels, here is where the true riches lie. It is in this planet that the Core has reseeded to half the size of the Earth's Core, which allows the planet to reach extreme cold tempratures on the surface as well as its position on the outter reachs of the system. The planets interior also is a host to countless rare metals in ample supply to a massive degree that is unmatched in the system.
