They are codenamed Hanuman, after the the ape-like Deity in Hindu culture. They are known to assassinate, and basically do the black operations of the Khmer Empire. It is unknown if they are even fully human, and have cloaking abilities. They usually don't use any weapons other than a knife and a CS-44 Enforcer. They are known never to fail and are usually of last resort.
These soldiers are usually orphans taken at birth and are trained at a young age. Not all of them complete the training and are usually killed. Those who survive become Hanuman. Not many people have seen one, and when they do, they're usually killed soon after. There have been a few cases where the most elite Apsara become a Hanuman.
They wear an all black suit and during the night, the only thing seen from them are red eyes. Which is a con of their armor, even with the cloaking generator on, their eyes appear. They almost always have a machine called the "Gliding Wings," which are exactly what they sound like. They are wings that are attached to their backs that can extend when it is needed and are basically a easier and cheaper version of the parachute. Quicker too.
