The following is as accurate as I can make it, hopefully this gives some insight as to how the commands are given out. Generally, the leaders are the most powerful, and the ones who've "appeased" the leaders properly. IE: Beating the shit out of their enemies.
The current command structure is as follows.
(Yellow means I'm using these characters myself and are reserved because I don't want fuck-ups, blue means you can apply if you want, but only if no other player is working them and red means taken at the moment. Black, however I'm still very much on the fence about, as in, not sure how they're going to work within my empire. Note that if you want one of these positions I would need a valid RP reason for getting rid of one of these five. Be on the look out during massive wars for open positions! (Subnote: Don't assassinate them just so you can have a position :<))

Yvette The Fallen
Zif Assassins
Erin Raiders
Autumn Fleet
Squad Structure.
Each Pirate Squad is around 5 people strong, whilst a Raider's is 12. These Squads aren't usually very uniform, nor are they pre-picked. Most of the time it's, "We need this done, -you- pick 4 and go do it." Meanwhile Raider's generally like to stay in large numbers, and overwhelm the enemy with sheer volume of fire.
Assistants, (Most of these bitches don't want 'em. If you'd like an RP position within my Empire that isn't a soldier, this is the best you're gonna do.)
Very simply, Luna and Sol give out orders to these 5 and they do with them as best they can, within their power. All of these people are -brand- new to their positions, because of a power-struggle regarding a former leader: Io.
